Silvana is also a member of the family business - the farm. She has worked for small, medium and even the wealthiest family businesses in Argentina, hand in hand with their CEOs, understanding the needs of the entire system of family businesses.
She travels a lot, has experience from Latin America, Europe, China, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, India, New Zealand and Australia.
After graduating in agricultural engineering and later in management, she worked for more than 20 years in the Argentinian association AgriBusiness & Farmers, 2 years as the first regional coordinator - head of family businesses.
