Dr. Mag. Manuela Mätzener, CBSC, CMC is the founder and managing director of iub GmbH (Institut für Familien & Betriebe). The iub interdisciplinary team supports family businesses throughout Austria and, thanks to a holistic and systemic consulting approach, helps with successful business management and generational change in personal, family and business matters.
