Since 2014, he has been accompanying business families on the way to a balance of good family relationships and prosperity. David built and for 10 years ran the successful headhunting company Krajíček & Partners. He completed the prestigious educational program at the FFI Family Firm Institute in Boston, and holds the international certificate ACFBA - Advanced Certified Family Business Advisor. He is also a certified coach of the RE|DESIGN method, passed AMČR facilitation training and founded the largest event for family businesses in the Czech Republic - FAMILY BUSINESS WEEK.
