Birgitta Bondonno – speaker at MKRF2024

Birgitta Bondonno is a French lawyer and has worked with cross-border issues for private clients in Monaco for over 20 years. Well-acquainted with local laws and regulations, she assists and advises clients on relocation, real estate, tax and estate planning matters.

Birgitta joined Moore Stephens in 2011. She provides French and Monaco real estate expertise and advises on holding structures and their tax and civil law consequences. Birgitta has a special interest in private international law questions and has solid experience in succession issues and pre-succession planning, including Wills and structuring through Trusts and Foundations.

She also assists family offices. Birgitta is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
