Monika Naďová Krošláková – MKRF2026 speaker

Monika Naďová Krošláková
Associate Professor at the University of Economics in Bratislava, founder of the Family Business Center, and co-owner of a family business (G2)
The Perspective She Brings to the Congress
Monika brings a unique combination to the discussions with Ulrich and Octavian — the perspective of an academic specializing in family business research, combined with the real-life experience of being a second-generation co-owner of a family manufacturing company. This allows her to open questions that connect the international context of the presentations with the reality of Slovak family businesses — and move the discussion into a space that is directly relevant and relatable for the Slovak audience.
