HIRH Sandor Habsburg-Lothringen, Archduke of Austria, Prince of Tuscany, is a direct descendant of Empress Maria Theresia of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, Catherine the Great of Russia, and Queen Victoria of Great Britain, and he is a leading member of the Tuscan and Spanish lines of the Habsburg family.

With his distinguished European lineage, generational relationships with international organizations, and decades of experience in finance, farming, and strategy, Sandor Habsburg brings a wealth of expertise to the impact investing initiatives.

He graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on environmental protection and alternative energy. He received several patents, led a consultancy, founded several companies in telecommunications, data, energy, agriculture, and healthcare, and is on the boards of several companies.

He has extensive experience in thermodynamics as it applies to energy conservation and environmental protection going as far back as 1985. In 1997 he participated in the deregulation of the European Telecommunication market and has far-reaching experience in Fixed and Mobile Networks Telecommunications management, regulation/deregulation, infrastructure, security, and lawful and tactical interception. Sandor Habsburg-Lothringen has been developing advanced agricultural systems for the last 15 years to address global food security, resource management, and economic stability.

Sandor also serves as a philanthropist. He is the trustee of the Association for Furtherance of Peace in Vienna, Austria with global peace-related activities. He is also dedicated to preserving traditions, serving as Grand Master to several Historical orders including the Imperial Austrian Order of Franz Joseph.
