Štěpán Štarha – speaker at MKRF2024

Štěpán Štarha is a partner at HAVEL & PARTNERS. He specializes in contract law, intellectual and industrial property law, information systems and telecommunications law, personal data protection and private international law.

In addition, he is engaged in providing comprehensive legal and tax advice in the area of private client services. His clients include not only the ultimate owners of successful Slovak and foreign business groups but also top executives and athletes. He provides legal advice in Slovakia, where he acts as an established European lawyer, as well as in the Czech Republic.

In addition to his membership in the Czech and Slovak Bar Associations, he is also a member of AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers. Štěpán graduated not only from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno but also from its Faculty of Economics and Administration. He then gained foreign experience at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
